Quicken 2013 Mondo Patch

Quicken 2015 mondo patch update With CrossOver 14.1.1 and earlier versions, Quicken cannot update to the latest version and in some situations, fails to launch. Both Mac and Linux users experience this problem.

+ discontinued sales and support for Quicken 2013 on April 30, 2016. Visit Intuit's site and download the latest version of the Mondo patch for - Quicken. The Mondo Patch is top like a regular update, except when it updates the Quicken files, it updates all of them (if there are updates to the files pro or not! For instance the install for Quicken 2013 is available on their website.

The Preferred Workaround
Visit Intuit's site and download the latest version of the Mondo patch for Quicken. Click here to go there now.
Or, download the Mondo patch with this link. Click here now.
With time, this link may become outdated.
Once downloaded, use the 'Other Application' option in CrossOver's software installer to install the patch into the existing Quicken bottle.
If this does not work, please gather a log file with the flags +seh,+tid,+thread set while attempting to apply the patch. 2013Quicken

On the MacOS

  1. Bring up a terminal prompt (Control-Spacebar and type terminal)
  2. in the terminal window, type this (replacing USERNAME with your mac username)
    cd /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/Quicken 2013/drive_c/users/Public/Application Data/Intuit/Quicken/Inet/Common/Patch
  3. Now move the Update (patch) folder out of the way:
    mv Update /tmp
  4. try restarting Quicken 2013

  1. Bring up a terminal (control+alt+T on Ubuntu)
  2. In the terminal window, navigate to:
    cd ~/.cxoffice/Quicken 2013/drive_c/users/Public/Application Data/Intuit/Quicken/Inet/Common/Patch
  3. Now move the Update (patch) folder out of the way:
    mv Update /tmp
  4. Try restarting Quicken 2013
